Kellen Francis
Kellen Francis is the Founder and CEO of CodeGig, a tech-driven company dedicated to bridging the gap for underrepresented talent in the industry. With nearly a decade at the helm of CodeGig, Kellen has been a driving force in reshaping the tech landscape by creating opportunities for Black professionals to thrive in a field that has historically lacked inclusivity.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Management from Southeastern Louisiana University, Kellen has built a career rooted in technology training, software development, and workforce empowerment. Prior to founding CodeGig, he gained valuable experience as an Information Technology Trainer at Northwestern Mutual, helping professionals build critical tech skills.
Under his leadership, CodeGig has become a beacon for innovation, connecting underrepresented talent with top-tier companies while actively breaking hiring barriers in the industry.
